PETA willing to support Kim K. ‘flour bomber’
If Kim Kardashian ever brings charges against the woman who flour-bombed her at an L.A. event last week, it seems PETA is planning to side with the powder perpetrator.
The woman, who ambushed Kardashian on the red carpet of her fragrance launch this past Thursday, reportedly called her a “fur hag” before dousing her with what was said to be cooking flour.
PETA has denied any involvement with the incident, but a rep for the organization told CNN in a statement that they could back the woman if she desired their aid.
“We don’t believe Kim would be so shortsighted as to go after this woman, but if she does, we’ll definitely look at how to maximize exposure to the cruel fur industry, and that could mean defending the activist if she wishes,” PETA said.
At first, Kardashian said she had no plans to press charges against the alleged activist – but perhaps she’s since changed her mind.
On Friday, the 31-year-old told E! News, “I said earlier, no, I wasn’t [going to file a complaint]. I am just going to think about it, because I don’t want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that.”
